Vehicle Detail
For sale is a 1955 Chevy 210 Sedan. Engine is a Chevy ZZ3 crate motor, approx. 2000 miles on motor. Transmission is an automatic, Turbo 400 with shift kit. Stock 3.55 :1 rear end. Engine, engine parts and transmission were installed together about 14 years ago. Hooker ceramic coated headers, Flowmaster exhaust, Holley 640 carb, K&N air filter, 4 core brass top radiator. Body is solid but showing signs of age. Paint also has 20 years on it and has some minor paint chip. Some paint bubbling on lower by rear wheel well on one side. The rear wheel cutouts were done prior to my purchase of the vehicle. A nice job, but some minor cracking around lower wheel cutout flare noticed. Wheels are Weld alum rims with BF goodrich tires. 14" on front and 15" on rears. The lower part of the car is pretty much original: original rear end, original drum brakes, original power brake booster ( that still works great). All brake drums and wheel cylinders/brake lines were replaced when engine was installed also. Original glass. The interior is very nice, and also done prior to my purchasing. The original radio is in, but does not work. There is a removable Alpine stereo in the glove box, along with amplifiers and speakers in the trunk. The stereo can be removed and the glove box closed. I have owned and taken care of this car since 1990. It is stored inside all of its life when I owned it. It runs great and is fun to drive. I do not get time to enjoy it anymore with my schedule/kids and I would like to see someone else enjoy it and take care of it. Any questions, please feel free to email and I will get back to you promptly. Thank You. Additional detail: Holley electic red/street fuel pump mounted under body by fuel tank. Dakota Digital tach and Dakota Digital digital antenna mounted by rear view mirror. Window and door seals are in great shape. 3 piece front and rear bumper. Electric fan mounted in front of radiator for extra cooling in town. 3 digital gauge cluster below dash(temp, oil press, voltage).
