Vehicle Detail
Hello and thanks for stopping to check out our 1970 Lincoln Continental Mark III! The car has the following options: 36,775 ACTUAL MILES! 460CID V-8/Automatic Transmission Power Steering and Brakes AM/FM Stereo Air Conditioning Power Windows and Locks Power Driver’s Seat Our Lincoln is triple black, which happens to be a fantastic color for this classic car. It starts and runs well. We recovered it from a gentleman who had the car in storage for about 15 years. We did a tune-up on it, replaced some miscellaneous parts, then had it professionally cleaned. It came out looking very nice, as you can see in the pictures. Please make sure you check out all of the pictures at the following link: http://photobucket.com/70MarkIII The floors and frame are all solid. There is some original rust-proofing coming off in some areas. The interior is all leather and in wonderful shape for 43 years old. The carpeting and head liner are also in excellent condition. There are no cracks in any of the windows. Some of the interior electrical accessories are in need of minor repair. If you’re looking for a clean, solid, classic car to drive around and show off next summer, this beauty would be a great car to have! It flaunts a classic style that is no longer seen anywhere. This is an as-is vehicle, which means that once you buy it, you own it with all faults (known or unknown). This is a no-reserve auction, which means that the last highest bidder when the auction is over will win the car. Every time you bid on the car keep in mind that you have an opportunity to be the owner, so your bid means something. We encourage all bidders to stop out, personally examine the car and drive it for themselves. If you can’t personally make it out to check out this vehicle, simply find a local mechanic to look at the vehicle and give you a personal report on the condition. We need the car paid for within 3 days, either by cash or wire transfer, after the auction is over. We would like the car picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending. There will be a $100 paperwork fee added on to the final sale price of the vehicle. If you need a 30 Day Tag it’s $18.50. If we need to transfer your title (and not hand you your title) we will also have to collect the tax in your county if you live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina or Washington. We will not pay any shipping fees, but we would be glad to assist your shipper in picking up your vehicle. If you have any questions, call Stan at 216-598-7011. Good luck bidding!
