Built in April 1979, Tahiti blue (originally an awful yellow!). Runs and drives, starts and stops. I was originally going to turn it into a TR8 but a rally car project got in the way. The car has been garaged all of the time that I have owned it (20 years I think). I live in a very dry area of California and consequently the car is generally rust-free. Also, it appears to have been Zibarted before sale. It has TR8 factory alloys, the tyres are old (new ones would be ~$35 each). It has a factory luggage rack, drivers seat rebuilt, gearbox has been rebuilt at some time and seems very nice. The carbs need some work, there is a mis-fire. The top is in usable condition, the rear window is discoloured (I live in California and so all my convertibles always have the tops down). The car is non-opped so there should be no nasty DMV surprises. Car is for sale locally and auction may end early. Please, no time wasters.
