RELISTED, we had pulled the van off ebay because it still had some engine noise at certain rpm's: ADDITIONAL WORK DONE in addition to the original work and items listed below- we had the shop really dig into the engine- oil pan pulled off and cleaned out, crank bearings checked OK, replaced all rod bearings, oil pump and pickup tore down for cleaning and inspection, timing chain and gears inspected, checked for balance shaft issues. Everything checked is within limits. The van will be available for pickup after Monday 12-10-2012. Low original miles! Offered for sale is a good, clean used 1999 Chevy Express 1500 cargo van with 4.3 liter V-6 gas engine, automatic transmission, air conditioning, basic am/fm radio, ready to go to work. Currently has about 57,700 miles. We still use it occasionally, so the ending mileage will vary a bit from this listing. Titled in Wisconsin with no liens. The buyer will get a clear vehicle title signed over to them after full payment. We’ve been getting around 17-20 mpg. Runs good, Rides nice, works great for light or bulky cargo. Lots of room for hauling. The vehicle is now excess to my business and being sold AS IS. We believe we are the 3rd owner since new. You will get copies of repair history documents for work we've done to it. LOTS OF NEW PARTS installed: radiator and A/C condenser, all lifters replaced in engine, thermostat, cap & rotor, catalytic converter. Brakes work as they should, no sqealing or pulsing. The body is very clean, with only minimal rust showing below the sliding cargo door. There are a few paint chips, small dings, etc as you would expect on a used work vehicle. All lights work. Dark tinted front doors and rear cargo door windows. Inside has a locking cargo separation wall / door behind the seats. There is some spot spillage of some sort of paint or sealer in the back from the former owner’s business. Full length rubber cargo area mat. The only problems we know about are the windshield washers don't squirt, and a small plastic clip is broken on the left upper cargo door latch. A very nice used vehicle ready for work. Engine: lots of work just a couple weeks ago- fresh oil and filter, fresh air filter, top end was just pulled off to fix a water drip and replace all the hydraulic lifters. One was lifter bad and clicking, but we replaced all of them. New thermostat. New cap and rotor. Heater and A/C work excellent. TIRES- all 5 are ( Bridgestone Dueler AT ) light truck tires, not the "P-metric" 215 series that came on the van new. The size is LT 235-75R15. Front tires have about 2000 miles on them, The rear tires are brand new with just a couple hundred miles on them. See photos. Buyer will be responsible for any sales tax.
