I am listing the car again. The winning bidder from last week from Arizona never meant to buy the car, did not to respond to emails, and did not pay. This car is in Panorama City which is around 16 miles from West Los Angeles. 1978 Mercedes 300D for sale by private owner. Have maintenance records that goes back to 1997. Recent work done:New Vacuum Pump 7/23/12All glow plugs replaced 9/11/2012Front Brake Calper replaced, Front Brake Pads Replaced 12/20/2011Front Lights replaced 03/06/12Flasher Switch 7/21/11 Strong Engine, Oil changed every 6000 miles, good tires, beautiful wheels, Alpine stereo with good speakers, has painting bubbles and some other flaws (see pictures), all windows work except the passenger's window, sun roof works but needs a push to close. It's a work horse. The only problem is that pipe connecting to the muffler needs to be fixed (see pictures). It's broken. The car is located in the San Fernando Valley, 16 miles from West Los Angeles. Please feel free to ask me any questions. I don't want anyone to be mislead: the pipe that connects to the muffler is broken as we clearly stated. the car can't be driven far with the pipe like that. The car has flaws, but the engine is strong and it is very fuel efficient.
