1977 Special Edition Y82 Trans Am. This is identical to the car that was used in "Smokey and the Bandit", but has a whole lot more options! Here we have it! The one you've been looking for. This car has it all! This is a number matching car with the original build sheet and all original owners manuals in like new condition. Pontiac 400, automatic transmission, cruise control, air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, rear defrost, power trunk, passenger side vanity mirror in visor, factory AM/FM CB Radio and 8-track player. This is a beautiful automobile. Brand new paint and decals. Brand new headliner, carpet. All new seat skins. The rest of the interior is factory original and in very nice condition. Has a brand new windshield. Has a brand new complete weatherstrip kit (not installed), but comes with it. Also comes with brand new stainless exhaust tips (shown in pic). Engine compartment is very clean but has never been professionally detailed. Has just under 68000 miles, I was told that these were original miles, and when you drive the car you will believe it, because it drives like a car with only 10000!! Newer shocks, air in back. Brand new 40 series flow master exhaust system. Motor has been re-built back to factory specs and has a new transmission. Front spoiler is missing- the spoiler that connects to the front wheel flares underneath the front of the car, also needs an A/C pump. This car is better than I can describe, the pictures don't do it any justice. We can't drive this car anywhere without people taking pictures!
