Hello and thanks for stopping to check out our 1979 Chevrolet Corvette L48! The car has the following options: 43,484 ACTUAL MILES!! 350CID V-8 Engine Automatic Transmission Power Steering and Brakes AM/FM/Cassette Stereo w/Graphic Equalizer Air Conditioning Cruise Control Tilt Steering Wheel Power Windows & Locks Leather Interior Aluminum Wheels! T-TOPS!!! Alarm with Kill Switch This Corvette, for 34 years old, is very clean and all original. It was very well taken care of and driven not much more than one thousand miles per year. It starts right up and seems to run excellent. The windows and locks work perfectly. It shifts and steers well and the brakes stop nicely. The front ones are brand new. The seats have no rips or tears. The carpeting is in great shape for being all original. The tires are older, but there is plenty of tread remaining. We have the original Corvette floor mats and T-Top covers and protective bags. The headlights retract as they should, as well. Please check out the pictures thoroughly so you can see exactly what you’re bidding on. We do not see any leaks on the engine or transmission, either. We think this is one of the nicer original ’79 Corvettes around. If you check out the pictures, you will see where there is some rust on the exhaust, but it is not excessively loud. It starts and drives well and is an absolute pleasure to drive, as well as being a lot of fun! It sits very well and doesn’t sag anywhere. This is a no-reserve auction, which means that the last highest bidder when the auction is over will win the car. Every time you bid on the car keep in mind that you have an opportunity to be the owner, so your bid means something. If you can’t personally make it out to check out this vehicle, simply find a local mechanic to look at the vehicle and give you a personal report on the condition. We need the car paid for within 3 days, either by cash or wire transfer, after the auction is over. We would like the car picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending. There will be a $100 paperwork fee added on to the final sale price of the vehicle. If you need a 30 Day Tag it’s $18.50. If we need to transfer your title (and not hand you your title) we will also have to collect the tax in your county if you live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina or Washington.
