This Porsche Boxster came to us almost finished. When we purchased this vehicle from the insurance company they had almost finished the job. This car was lightly damaged in the right front, the only item replaced was the right fender. There was no frame damage. The bumper cover and right headlight are original to the vehicle. The fender was already paint jambed and the bumper had some skuffs. We repainted only the bumper and fender and blended the paint into the door and hood. If you google the vin number you can see the previous damage and we included a picture from the insurance company. We also had a set of the 2 piece 18 inch BBS sport wheels from another Porsche so we installed them on this car. The Bridgstone Potenzas have almost new tread on them. The car runs and drives excellent and has no safety issues or problems. The plastic rear window is in excellent condition but the canvas shows some minor wear (see pictures). This typically happens when the car has a hard top installed and the top is never used so its always stored away and the folded material rubs together. There was no hard top included with this car when we got it from the insurance company. We do have a yellow hard top available that can be painted to match the car but would be an additional $1500 if the buyer would like it. Registration: We are holding a California Salvage certificate in hand so if the vehicle is sold outside of California the customer would receive this document and a bill of sale. If the vehicle is sold within California, we are required to turn the title in and issue a bill of sale with an aquisition number for registration in California. If the car is to be registered in California the aquisition number process takes 7 days to process. Also if the vehicle is sold to a California buyer or if you fly in to California to drive the vehicle out of state, we are required to collect sales tax (7.75). When you return to your state and register the vehicle, you would have to submit a request for refund of the taxes paid showing that you were from out of state.
