Everything works. Records. No service due now or soon. Car had been driven around 3000 miles since body work was completed (7k on suspension). Never in an accident / Second Owner / Clean Title. All upgraded body parts painted by Fairfax BMW (Dealer) with Factory BASF paint so no blending into fenders / quarters was required - it is an exact match all angles and all light conditions. All other pannels original paint. BMW Concourse winner. No engine modifications. Only dealer service. This car is in near mint condition which is a testament to true highway mileage. Leather smells new. Only horse hair vaccume brush used. The drivers seat is barely shiny from use and all the other seats appear matte. Minor shoe marks on the driver door threshold that are likely removable. The exterior looks perfect. Close inspection: slight (inch by inch) wave on the passenger fender, minor; the passenger side front bumper was repaired from parking curb, minor; there are about 6 stone chips that have all been touched up; Bumper has minor flex creases from a parking kiss; I could not find any dings; one wheel has curb rash that was touched up; paint is 100% glossy with no fine scratches; no sun damage. Pictures of blemishes are at the end of the ebay picture group. The ebay pictures were taken 11/22 with an iphone 5. The car was since detailed and the new pictures below were taken with a different camera after sun rise 11/23 (enlarge bottom right). SUMMARY: On a subjective note, this car is a rare blend of sport and practicality. It drives like an M3 which is complient and sporty, yet has all wheel drive traction. This car has the right options and right colors. High technology 6 delivers 230HP and 200 torque (Near E36 M3 numbers) with 6 Speed makes for surprising performance. The AWD coupled with Touring cargo space make this an SUV replacement with the same fundamental spirit as the X3, X5, CTS-V Wagon, Audi RS4 / S4 S Line Avant, Ferrari FF Shooting Brake, Gran Tourismo, Subaru STI, VW Golf R / R32 / W8 (Wagon), V70 / XC70, Mercedes E63 E350 AMG Wagons, and Europe only 335xi wagon that BMW did not export. It gets "where did you get it, I've never seen one of these" reactions for its factory M Sport appearance.
