Vehicle Detail

Up for auction my recently purchased 1968 GTO judge clone, working overseas, very limited time to enjoy and work on it, limited garage space (not to mention the wife didn't liked the idea of me working on one more toy instead of spending more time with her and the kid) force me to depart from this great car. The car is rust free, solid floor pans, solid trunk and solid quarter panels, great paint, I bought the car as it is, all I did was changed the dash pad, headliner, did a wheel alignment and was on the process of installing an electric retrofitted hideaway headlights system on it but did not get to it, the only part missing right now is the hideaway door covers, I bought all the parts to do the retrofit using a mazda miata headlight actuators, you can find this on a GTO forum, I'll include these on the auction, this is not a show car, its a great driver and that's the reason I bought it, it's an original a/c car but its missing the compressor and its brackets, when I changed the dash pad I notice the ducts were missing too, I've seen them on ebay real cheap so yeah, it will take a little money and work to get the a/c going, the hood is ram hood but it's missing the lower parts, it has electronic ignition so the hood tach will need the conversion to work, other than the car is great, it has a very solid suspension, it rides great, great paint job, a very small scratch in the front bumper, hardly noticeable, this car is one of the best cars I've ever seen, the drive train is great too, it has and edelbrock performer intake and carb setting, as far as I know is the original 400 cu motor but don't have the documentation (didn't care when I bought it), just the fact that has a extremely solid body is worth the reserve, this BTW is what I paid for it, I think is very reasonable, new bucket seats covers and carpet were installed at some point so they are in great shape. Overall is a great daily driver, if what you want is a show car this is not the auction you're looking for, this car will need little money and work to make a perfect car, meanwhile you can still enjoy it as your daily driver. $500.00 deposit due 24 hrs after sale, the rest certified check, buyer pays for shipping, car is in the San Diego area. I have described the car as good as I can, if I missed something please feel free to ask. The car is up for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells. Happy bidding
