This 1949 black Plymouth 2 dr. business coupe has been in my family since the mid '70's. Pryor to my owning it, it was the hobby of GE engineer. He kept meticulous records (included) about its servicing,etc. The original owners manual is with the car. It also has a Body Number of 713-4723. It has always been kept inside, either in a garage or a tobacco warehouse. The interior has been reupholstered in blue in 1972 and is in pristene condition. The exterior is original in every way. It does have minor rust on the bottom of both doors and a bit on the chrome. The driver's door handle sags a little but the latch works perfectly as does the passenger door and the trunk It is really beautiful just the way it is or it could look great chopped.
