Vehicle Detail

2000 Lincoln Town Car 120 inch by Tiffany. This has been an excellent car for me for about 4 years now, but it is time for an upgrade to a newer and larger model. Myself and my drivers all love this Limousine because it drives like a car, not like a stretched Limousine. The Limousine has been garage-kept since it came from Dallas, Tx. to Ohio. This Limousine has RARE Chrome wheels, RARE billet Grille, HID headlights and RARE rear spoiler/wing. A typical 4.6 Ford engine under the hood, runs fantastic, smooth and burns less than a quart of oil between oil-changes. We have remotes, door-code and 2 keys. When I purchased it, it came with only one key... I had to take it to the dealer for them to dig the door code from the computer and have an extra PATS key and remotes programmed. If you have ever had a Limousine without the door code and remote, you will understand why this pain was worth putting the money into. Sunroof/Moonroof: The sunroof worked fine when I purchased the car and has never leaked. For safety reasons I removed the fuse from the MasterCon board so the roof has not been used for a long time. If you want it to work again, just ask and I will re-install the fuse. ALL of the fuses in the MasterCon board have been replaced with Glow-N-Blow style fuses so you can quickly find one if it blows. Mechanical: Many mechanical upgrades over the years including both batteries, both alternators, all of the front-end bushings, radiator/fan, air-bags and compressor, K&N air filter, center-support bushing and U-joints and always preventative maintenance. Since I bought the car from Dallas, Tx. it has little rust to speak-of, the under-side of the car still looks like a new car, no holes in the typical areas that Limousines normally rust. It has a little rusty-color in the driver-side door jamb but it cleans-up quick. Awhile back the vinyl top came loose about the front windshield and did a little damage, we have since glued the top back down but it does show a small rip in the vinyl at the top of both doors, this can be fixed by a vinyl-repair person pretty easy, I just have been too busy to get it done. It is not something that stops people from renting it though, they don't even notice it. Mechanically the only thing that does not work the way it should is the cruise-control, this has never worked since I bought the car and has never been an issue that we worried about. The brakes are great and tires are still about 75% tread. Interior: We still use this Limousine for Wedding and other day-time events with no complaints. The two-tone Grey interior does have a few spots that have been repaired but still shows nice. The bar area is Black with only minor scratches. There are 3 round coolers and 5 rectangle coolers (2 behind seats on driver-side). All of the coolers drain to the exterior of the car the way they should. We have made many upgrades including the fiber-optics lighting box is LED and to the sound system (6 Memphis Audio speakers plus 2 tweeters). The car currently has a small amp and sub installed but we do plan to keep those but the Memphis Audio speakers and Sony XPlod stereo and all of the amp wiring will stay so you can easily re-install another amp/sub combo. The stock TV/VCR is long-gone and has been replaced by an LCD flat-screen monitor and DVD player (DVD located in driver area so your DVD's don't leave with clients). All of the rear MasterCon controls work as they should and the front/rear A/C in this car is AWESOME !! I wish all of our vehicles had A/C like this car, it has NO problem with frosting windows and a 75 degree day. Exterior: The exterior still shows extremely well with only minor scratches or dings. Right behind the drivers door at the Chrome you will find the ONLY rust on this car. Before I purchased the car it was parked under a tree, leaves got under the Chrome and started the small rust spot. Once again, due to the location of this, clients never see it so it has not been a big issue to worry about. The only other spot is on the top of the drivers fender, for some reason the former owner did a touch-up job on the top of the fender so the 7 inch area has a different color on it. It's not obvious from a distance and no one ever notices it. Obviously the passenger-side near the rear door is the most important area because that it what clients see the most so these small problems at the front on the driver-side have not been an issue. The rest of the vinyl top shows great and is still very shiny and new-looking. Opera lights: Shortly after purchasing the car we changed the standard opera light bulbs to color-changing LED lights, these have been a big hit and people never have a problem finding their Limousine in the line of limos at the concert. These lights can easily be changed back to standard bulbs since no wired were cut or soldered, just pop them out and switch them back to normal fuse-bulbs. Lighting: Just like the exterior opera lights, we like to change everything to LED. All of the interior lights have been changed to bright LED's. All 6 of the brake light bulbs (except 3rd brake light), front turn-signal bulbs, interior mood-lighting and even the license plate bulb have all been changed to LED. The headlights have been upgraded to HID's for excellent night-vision (low beam only). Summary: It has some mileage and wear but is still a fantastic car for a starter company. It can be used the day you purchase it, we keep it inside, clean and ready at all times. The Limousine is located 12 minutes from Dayton International airport at the "Premier Limousine of Dayton" office. If you fly in, we can pick you up at the Dayton International, Cincinnati, Ohio airport or Columbus, Ohio airport, whichever is most convenient for you. See more pics on our website at PreLimo.com or our Facebook by searching for "DaytonLimousine". We do reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone in our competing area, we don't want our own car competing against us in our market. NO sales outside the U.S. and please do not bother us if you are a Limousine re-seller company. Call or text Chris at 937-371-5034 for more information.
