1970 "Kaiser" CJ5 Project Vehicle requiring extensive work to make roadworthy. The good points: a) This vehicle is NOT equipped with a computer or emission devices! b) This vehicle has just the driver's and passenger's bucket seats. c) I have acquired a roll bar appropriate to this year and model Jeep. d) This vehicle has a tow bar intalled. e) This vehicle has an "intact" Koenig Ironworks Hard Top (paint is faded, shows "rust stains", but no visible "eat through" rust. f) The odometer shows over 61,000 miles ... I do not know whether the odometer/speedometer is working, and how many times the odometer has "gone around". The bad points: a) I have NOT had this vehicle running since I bought it, and it was not running at the time of purchase. b) Both the brake pedal and clutch pedal have "zero" movement. c) Body cancer has attacked: both front and rear floor pans, left front fender, body tub, tailgate. d) Front left wheel/brake assembly was "frozen", and has been freed ... removed parts have been kept. e) 3 of the 4 tires are currently flat, and will be "pumped up'. f) Hardtop doors lack the interior panel. g) Large "dent" (approximately 2 square feet) on right side of cowl. h) All keys (for ignition, hardtop doors, and fuel cap) are missing, and never came with this CJ5.
