2000 Volvo S40 / Automatic / Turbochrarged 4 Cylinder / 124,900 Miles / One Owner / Clean Carfax I am a european specialist mechanic and have performed the following rebuild on this Volvo: Full Head Gasket & Cylinder Head Rebuild. The following parts were replaced while this Volvo was dissembled: Rebuilt cylinder head (New valve seals/resurface/cleaning) New intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, New Head Gasket and Head bolts, New timing belt kit, New Thermostat, New PCV trap box-(very common and important part to change on all Volvos), Oil change with synthetic oil and factory filter, and Coolant flush. I also replaced the radiator in this S40 as well. Options: Heated Seats, Power Windows, Locks, Mirrors, Fog Lights, Rear spoiler, CD Changer, Anti lock brakes, Air bags, & Traction Control. Condition: This S40 is in above average condtion for it age. As you can see in the pictures the interior is near perfect. The are no seat rips, carpet stains, or cracks. The exterior is in excellent condition as well. This S40 has never been wrecked so there are no signs of bondo or paint work. The paint shines very well and is free of any major dents! This is a very well sorted S40 and drives straight down the road without noises, vibration, or issue. All options work, AC is cold, Heat is hot, Keyless entry works. There are 0 leaks from the motor, the transmission shifts great, brakes and exhaust are in excellent working order. The Michilen tires have plenty tread on them. There are NO check engine lights, ABS or Air Bag lights on. This is a one owner, clean carfax, very straight S40 with a major rebuild, please keep this is mind when you are estimating value. Most shops would charge $4,000 to rebuild and replace the cylinder head, this S40 is already rebuilt so you can feel confident it will run for many many more years!
