This is a 1996 VW Cabrio, Karmann edition with a clean title. This is a no reserve auction. The high bidder will buy this car. If you have a 0 feedback rating, please do not bid before contacting me directly otherwise your bid will be cancelled. This is a fun car to drive around. The car has just under 96,000 miles and is a 5 speed, 4 cylinder. The engine runs very well and does not overheat. The oil was just recently changed using synthetic oil. The car goes into all the gears but you sometimes have to play with the gear shift as it is a little loose to find 1st gear and reverse; but again it goes into all of the gears no problem. The plastic is missing around the steering column but does not affect anything. The door molding on driver door is loose although secure to door but should be glued back in place so it doesnt fall off. The airbag light is on but I believe this to be only a sensor. You can check the VIN for any accidents, etc. The AC blows cold. It has an after market Pioneer stereo with removeable faceplate. The paint is overall good condition with some fading on the back trunk deck but otherwise good. It does have chips and scrapes in the paint but I think normal for a 1996 car. The leather interior is in overall ok condition with some cracking as can be seen in the pictures. The top is in good working order and goes back manually. The top is not automatic. The back window is sealed in well and there are no wrips or tears in the top and also no leaks. All of the windows go up and down automatically. All the tires and rims match. Tires have about 50% treat left if not more. I am a licensed Florida dealer. The are no dealer fees. If you purchase the car and live out of state there are no additional fees with the exception of whatever fees you encounter shipping the car to you. If you live in Florida and buy the car are you are not a licensed dealer, you will be responsible for a title transfer fee of $103 and sales tax.
