State Title This vehicle is also for sale locally.DESCRIPTION... 1980 Pontiac Trans Am. This is truly a beautiful car! It is an actual VIN verified Trans Am NOT a clone. This car had a full restoration at 84000 miles. Everything about the car is new! EXTERIOR... It had a full media blast, stripped down to metal. Any metal that needed to be replaced was replaced with new metal. There is no bondo on the car anywhere, it was done correctly. The exterior is IMMACULATE! The undercarriage is flawless. The frame and floors are clean with absolutely no problems. It has sub-frame connectors for reinforcement and stability. The factory Snowflake wheels are new with new raised white letter tires, 235/60/R15 all the way around. It also has factory 4-wheel disc brakes with powder coated rotors. It also had a completely new upgraded performance suspension replacement from “Strange Engineering”. The weather stripping on the T-Tops is new and does not leak. The original T-Top bag is in the trunk. INTERIOR... The floors were all undercoated, and new carpeting was installed. The rear seats were reupholstered, and the front seats were replaced with Genuine Leather ProKar racing seats. It has a billet aluminum instrument panel. The dashboard is free of any cracks and also has a dash cover. It also has a Grant Removable steering wheel for security. It has a pioneer CD player, with upgraded speaker system and “NOS bottle look” Subwoofer. It also has “Wig Wag” strobes hidden in the front grill and the headlights and taillights are wired with a strobe option too for car shows, and parades. This car was done correctly, it is rarely driven, starts right up and runs smoothly, it could easily be a daily driver. This is a close to perfect 1980 Pontiac Trans Am, however, it is 32 years old so please don't expect a brand new car. There are no issues with the car, just a truly nice classic car, that runs well. There is over $18000 invested in the car. ENGINE &TRANSMISSION... The engine is a factory 6.6L 403ci Oldsmobile small block V8 Crate Motor with an Edelbrock 650 cfm Thunder Series 4-barrel Carburetor, ceramic coated headers, and new, true dual exhaust with Bullet Mufflers and factory replaced Trans Am dual tips. The Trans Am has a B&M shifter paired with a Turbo 350 Transmission fully rebuilt at 84000 miles and a Posi-Traction rear end. The louvres are NOT included with the vehicle purchase.
