This Ford F450 Tow Truck Quick Pick has the Midnight Express Tow Bed that was designed for Private Property Towing and Repo Towing. It can tow nearly any passenger vehicle, including old heavy cars and pickups. This truck was working daily until we took it out of service when we bought a new tow truck. It has fairly low mileage for an eight plus year old tow truck. CLEAR TITLE IN HAND We bought it used and have had no mechanical problems with the truck. There are no rust problems with this truck that we can see. We have replaced various hoses and seals on the hydraulic bed which fail during normal use but it worked great.. Tires are OK. Truck has been serviced regularly, which I'm told is critical with this engine. We have not done what some reccomend for this 6.0 Diesel Motor to make it bulletproof. They say there is a procedure to bypass the EGR valve and replace the EGR cooler which has been a trouble spot on some of the 6.0 Diesel engines. The engine on this truck is completely stock with no modifications. The automatic Wheel Lift is very functional and is controled by an electric Dongle inside the cab. A skilled driver can hook and go without getting out of the truck. The PTO is driven off the motor not the transmission. PTO can be engaged and used while truck is traveling at slow speeds. Amber light bar is included in purchase. Vehicle is sold as is and where is in Las Vegas, Nevada. There is no warrenty at all. Transportation is the responsibility of the Buyer. We reserve the right to take the truck off the listing if we sell it locally before the end of the auction.
