THIS IS A GREAT 2002 AUDI S6. IT IS MINT CONDITION COSMETICALLY AND MECHANICALLY, AND IS A TWO-OWNER CAR SINCE NEW! I HAVE SERVICE RECORDS SHOWING PROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE ITS ENTIRE LIFE, INCLUDING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. ALSO A RECENT (ONE WEEK AGO) INSPECTION REPORT FROM THE LOCAL AUDI DEALER. SOME OF THESE CARS HAVE BEEN NEGLECTED AND DO NOT FEEL RIGHT ANY MORE. THIS CAR WILL BEAT ANY OTHER S6 YOU’VE SEEN FOR ITS COMBINATION OF COSMETICS, MECHANICALS, FEEL ON THE ROAD, AND PRICE. VERY FEW CARS URGE YOU TO GO FASTER WHENEVER YOU DRIVE, BUT THIS IS ONE OF THEM. JUST COMPLETED A FULL INSPECTION AND SERVICE AT THE LOCAL AUDI DEALER. Here's the deal: -- This is a 2002 Audi S6 Avant 4.2 V8 in atlas grey over black, matching dark grey carpets, and alcantara headliner. It has 95,xxx miles, looks like a million bucks, and drives like a million bucks too! -- -- Exterior 9 out of 10 (I'm finicky) - Great overall condition paint, body, glass, and trim. A few thin touched-up scratches here and there. This Audi looks great, with a deep shine to its glossy grey metallic paint that's like looking into a mirror. This car looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage! -- -- This S6 has had a couple of body panels painted over the years, but all were done well and look good. Clean carfax with no accidents ever. Even the lower side-body moldings are in great shape. Chrome, rubber, glass, trim is all very nice. -- -- Look at the body panels.....they are laser straight. -- -- The tires on this S6 are worn out and should be replaced. At the BIN price, I will include a new set of Continental ExtremeContact DWS 255/40/17 all-season performance tires, mounted and balanced. The 17x8 AVUS wheels are true with no bends. This S6 drives straight as an arrow at any speed you choose. Some scuffs/scratches to the wheels that are easily repaired. -- -- Interior 9.25 out of 10 - The interior overall including all seating and door leather, seat padding, dash, console, and carpets are in great original condition. No dash cracks, carpet rips, very little wear of any kind on the leather (even driver’s seat bolster shows very little wear). Everything looks and feels near-new. -- -- The door panels and wood trim are also in great shape, like the rest of the car. -- -- Even the hatch and spare are mint. -- -- This S6 includes cold weather package, rear parking sensors, factory navigation, rear side airbags, alcantara headliner, and more…….MSRP was over $60,000! Even better, no dimming IC pixels, no dead seat heater elements, no clunky suspension bushings. This is a highly maintained car and it drives that way. -- -- Electrical 10 out of 10 - All lights, switches, radio, windows, wipers, seat motors/memory, and power mirrors work perfectly. Headrest motors, vacuum lock system, etc. all operating properly. The HVAC system is fast to respond, and perfect with hot heat and ice-cold A/C. -- --Mechanically 10 out of 10 - Engine starts, idles, runs, and revs to redline in every gear smooth and strong. Transmission is smooth yet aggressive, and downshifts eagerly. This S6 runs at high speed with no vibrations or noises. Drive without worry! -- -- Engine is strong and VERY eager to run, transmission smooth and ready to drop down two gears at your command to rocket you past slower traffic. Brakes are solid and pedal feel is firm. Suspension is tight like new, but floats like it’s on a cloud just like an S6 is supposed to do. Steering nicely weighted with no play in the box. This car drives and handles like new. -- -- This S6 has its books, working remote key, valet key, and warranty service records! With only 95K miles, it’s not even broken in yet. Full inspection by Audi dealer is already complete, with everything done for the winning bidder at the BIN price. All you have to do is drive. -- -- If someone selects the buy-it-now option, I will provide the following: the new set of Continental 255/40/17 tires mentioned above. A FULL TIMING BELT JOB worth over $1300 alone. Front outer CV boots, prop shaft seal, catalytic converter, purge valve, wiper blades, oil change, and more. A full $200 detailing including engine bay, carpet shampoo, leather conditioning, orbital polishing, etc. I'll also include Audi OEM floor mats, retractable pet/cargo net, and ToughGuard paint protectant. This stuff is simply amazing for durability, as it will last up to five YEARS. Dealers charge up to $695 for this stuff. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear back to the issuing bank. If you pay cash, you can pick up the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup as soon as the wired funds are available in our account. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for five (5) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.
