You are viewing a well preserved Triumph TR6 with Factory Overdrive. I have owned this vehicle for over 10 years. Unlike some of the British cars prone to have Lucas electrics issues, this vehicle is in full working order. The engine's lower end was rebuilt 7800 miles ago hence the "reset" to the odometer.The car is a strong runner. It is believed the vehicle has a total milage of less than 70K.Over the years the vehicle has had additional mechanical work completed including new brakes, alternator, carb rebuilds, tires,and water pump. With respect to cosmetic work, the car has a new Robbins top, carpet kit, as well as the drivers seat upolstered with OEM materials to match. ( I have enough material to do the passanger seat but this is not necessary).I have replaced the windshield seals with OEM rubber. I have a Snug Top ( Hard top) as well. This came off the car from the day I purchased it and has never been on the car since but all hardware is in tact and it is in very nice condition.A tonoau cover and California Car cover is included. The vehicle has always been stored n the heated and air conditioned shop. I drive the vehicle on occasion to my 115 mile round trip to work. She runs well especially with the Overdrive unit; 75-80+ mph.... The car idles without flutter ... a true 8oo rpm.. very consitent. I added a CD player with remote recently as well. I really want this vehicle to have a good home. It is a great running vehicle. This is an unmolested TR6 ! No disappointments. Payment Terms : 500.00 deposit 5 days after auction. At idle (800 rpm) the oil pressure is over 50 psi.
