Please be advised that used motorcycles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Variety Motorsports welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Warranty Every vehicle we sell is covered by a 90 day limitied warranty. What's Covered 2. ENGINE: All internally lubricated parts including: camshaft and bearings, connecting rods and bearings, crankshaft and main bearings, internal reed valves(where fitted), oil pump, pins, rocker arms, shafts and bushings, timing gears/chains and/or belts, transfer port valves, valves, valve springs, guides and seats,engine mounts, manifolds, valve covers. Engine head(s), engine block, and cylinder are covered only if damage is a result of a Mechanical Breakdown of a covered engine part. TRANSMISSION: All internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case, all gears, bearings, internal drive gears and chains, internal selector mechanism, transmission mounts. Transmission case is covered only if damage is a result of a Mechanical Breakdown of a covered transmission part. (Clutch assembly is NOT covered) PRIMARY DRIVE: All internally lubricated parts contained within the primary case. All gears, bearings, internal drive gears and chains, internal selector mechanism, transmission mounts. Primary case is covered only if damage is a result of a Mechanical Breakdown of a covered primary drive part. (Clutch assembly, drive chain and drive chain sprockets are NOT covered.) FINAL DRIVE (Shaft Driven Models Only): All internally lubricated parts contained within the drive shaft and final drive housing. Ball /universal joints.Drive shaft and final drive housing is covered only if damage is a result of a Mechanical Breakdown of a covered final drive part. (Final drive chains/belts or sprockets, or consequential damages due to chain breakage are NOT covered.) 3. EXCLUSIONS FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Any part(s) or system(s) of the vehicle which are not listed in Section 2 are excluded from coverage under this Limited Warranty. Any malfunction resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, accident, racing or engaging in a contest of speed or endurance of any type, or any malfunction resulting from failure to perform maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, is excluded from this Limited Warranty Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.
