You are looking at a 1959 Chevy El Camino Custom "Rat Rod" cruiser. This El Camino was built as a mascot/theme car for Deville Skateboards www.skatedeville.com . It has been featured in Magazine articles, trade shows, videos, and other media related interviews. Although this car looks as if it has been sitting in a barn yard for the last 50 years, it has actually been custom painted that way by Kandy Shop Creations located here Mesa Az. The paint and body work alone on this vehicle cost more than what i had originally paid for the car to begin with. Additional features include tubular upper/lower A-arm suspension Custom Slotted/drilled 12" front power disc breaks After market power steering Plug and Play custom airbag system New black Leather Interior Vintage AC/Heat Flow master exhaust Rebuilt 350 V8 motor 350 transmission Staggered American racing torque Thrust 2 wheels and new z rated low pro tires. Wheels are 20" in the front, and 22" in the rear Aluminum 4 core radiator, with dual electric fans HEI ignition system Optima battery Edelbrock performer Intake Edelbrock 600 CFM carburetor Custom front wheel wells fabricated for optimal clearance. The Air bag system is set up on individual relays so each bag can be set at your desired height for just the right stance.*NEW interior including Bench seat, Door panels, and carpeting. There are still a few little Knicks and knack's about the car that do not work such as the Blinkers, speedo, Radio (*includes new vitade style radio with aux jack), Couple of the of the dash light are dimmer than others, driver side window regulator is broker (can manually be pushed or pulled down), Gas gauge only goes up to a 1/2 tank, Really basic small little things i have not yet gotten around too. The body is not perfect, but looks excellent considering the look we were going for. After all this Elcy was built to be a rat rod, so we never intended for it to be perfect.. Main thing is it drives great, it looks awesome, and it’s fun to drive. The vehicle drives great and very effortlessly gets you to your destination of choice. It starts right up first try, and the functionality of the vehicle is all there. AC blows ice cold, and the new interior is less than a month old. If you don’t like attention... This is not the vehicle for you.... Not a day goes by that I’m not getting stopped by someone looking to take a picture, or asking me if I’m willing to sell it. So the time has come, and I’m ready to move on. countless $$$ and personal labor has been spent on this car, just so i can get it to where it is today.
