This 2002 Chevy Venture is a top-of-the-line Warner Brothers edition loaded with options that rival some new minivans! Goodies include extended wheelbase body, 8-passenger configuration with leather trimmed seats, foldaway 3rd row seat, power windows/locks/mirrors, bright alloy wheels, OnStar, power sliding side door, CD player, integrated child seat, and of course the WB factory rear DVD entertainment system. I've added Thule base carrier bars to the factory rails. Recent mechanical work includes a new radiator and coolant, transmission flush, battery, wheel alignment and balance, and oil change. The brakes are strong and have plenty of wear remaining, and the Michelin HydroEdge tires are easily 70-80% of new. The only known issues are an intermittent check engine light (for air/fuel mix code, will come off and on) and the sonar rear park assist is inoperable because it is missing a sensor (see photos). The engine temp gauge is a little off sometimes (common GM problem), fortunately the fuel gauge is accurate. It recently passed PA safety inspection and emissions and has 7/13 stickers on it. Neither affect drivability or performance-- the van is a joy to drive and runs great. It tracks straight down the road and engine and transmission feel strong and operate as they should. Besides the rear park assist all of the electronic accessories work as expected, including factory rear DVD. Bring a few DVDs along on any trip as this older player doesn't accept certain disc formats. Cosmetically this Venture is also in great condition! There are a few minor scratches/scuffs on the body. The most noticeable damage being the dent on the rear liftgate and damage to the rear bumper cover from what appears to be a minor fender bender at some point. It was like this when I bought it and haven't bothered fixing it. The interior is exceptionally clean, a non-smoker vehicle with no major rips, tears, stains on the seats and carpet. It comes with the full OEM floor mat set, also in good condition. Also included are the original owner's manual, instructions/remote for rear DVD, and wireless headphones. It appears the batteries in these are dead, we never used them and just played the DVD through the vehicle's speakers. I have used this vehicle all summer on extended trips and would feel comfortable driving it anywhere! A great, well maintained high mileage vehicle you'll be proud to own.
