Hello and thanks for stopping to check out our 1970 Cadillac Calais! The car has the following options: 67,877 ACTUAL MILES! 472CID V-8/Automatic Transmission Power Steering and Brakes AM/FM Radio Air Conditioning Power Windows Power Driver’s Seat We bought this car from a guy who was given the car 8 years ago from his aunt and uncle, who were the original owners. Eight years ago, they drove the car back from Florida, where the car spent most of its life. I guess you could say it’s a one-family owned car. The guy moved and no longer had a place to keep it, so we bought it from him. The car was driven very little and could probably use a tune-up. It takes a couple of minutes to warm up, but runs great once at operating temperature. The air conditioning compressor does engage, so the AC should work. The tires on the car look great and it drives very well. The right-front fender by the bumper does have a small dent. That’s when the aunt quit driving the car. We left it for the next owner to either fix it or just drive it as-is. We don’t want to do any repair on a car without the buyer knowing how it looked before they were done. We try to honestly describe all cars that we put on line to the best of our ability because the buyer does not want to be surprised when they see the car. This is an as-is vehicle, which means that once you buy it, you own it with all faults (known or unknown). This is a no-reserve auction, which means that the last highest bidder when the auction is over will win the car. Every time you bid on the car keep in mind that you have an opportunity to be the owner, so your bid means something. We encourage all bidders to stop out, personally examine the car and drive it for themselves. If you can’t personally make it out to check out this vehicle, simply find a local mechanic to look at the vehicle and give you a personal report on the condition. We need the car paid for within 3 days, either by cash or wire transfer, after the auction is over. We would like the car picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending. There will be a $100 paperwork fee added on to the final sale price of the vehicle. If you need a 30 Day Tag it’s $18.50. If we need to transfer your title (and not hand you your title) we will also have to collect the tax in your county if you live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina or Washington.
