This Buick is located in California and in our family since 1972, having only 24,312 miles. Car was repainted using lacquer in original color, remaining in very nice condition. Tan interior is perfect, but the carpet is showing age. The canvas top is soft, no tears, though some stains exist, possibly able to be cleaned –rear glass is excellent, as is all glass. The car has remained under cover, garaged or in dry storage since our purchase. Overall condition is good, but seldom driven for nearly 40 years. Some minor work has been recently performed, including wheel cylinders and fluids, including draining of gas tank. Minor additional work is needed, specifically the exhaust system and heater core need replacement. Body is excellent, good gaps, doors close solid. Three points of very minor rust: Small areas in each rocker, with slightly larger spots above gas tank; none found in frame which is like new. All weatherstrip needs replacing. Plastic around emblems and lettering are original. Chrome and stainless trim are good. Some pitting on right half of grill –good right side comes with purchase. Simply put, after light maintenance the car will be great for local drives, parades, etc. If a frame-off restoration is desired, everything is there and the car is a great starting point.
