1955 Ford F-100 Short bed for restoration. This truck currently has no engine or transmission. Originally was a V-8 Truck with 3 speed on the colum. Original column linkage is still there. Electrical is still in truck. It last had a Small Block Chevy in it and was last on the road 10 years ago (2002). Engine and trans were removed to put a ford back in it. The original transmission cross member has been cut and it still has a bolt in cross member for an auto trans. The body is very good and straight. I took detailed photos and will attach them to give you a good idea what it is. The rear fenders have a patch where they meet the running boards. I normally do not buy truck or cars in primer because they are usually hiding stuff. This truck still has the original paint underneath and I photographed the areas they rust. Floors are very good, pillars are good, door bottoms, cab corners all good. It has good glass in it, still has original windhsield (one star from a BB about the size of a dime). The front clip was removed and is back on now for shipping. It only has about half the bolts in it so that is why there are gaps between a few panels. But is has never been hit and body lines up very good. Frame is good, straight and SOLID. I have the bolts that were removed. and extra parts not seen in the photos like a door panel, handles, drive shaft extra headlight rings etc... Included with the truck are about $1300 worth of new parts from Sacramento Vintage Ford. New front Disk Brake Kit (CPP- Classic Performance parts), New "Toyota" Power Steering kit and Lower Bushing Kit. Ready for your engine/tranny combo. Clear title matches Vin. Been on non-op in California so no back fees are due. I can store the truck for 30 days while transportation arrangements are being made. Please ask questions before bidding. The truck is ready to ship and the front clip is put back on currently as you see it in the photos. It is ready to ship. Yes it rolls and steers good. It is not all hacked up. It has dual exhaust in it with good mufflers. The wiring could be used again if you just wanted to drop in a motor and run it as is. Tires all hold air.
