We've had this suv for a couple of years and it's been great. This is the BASE 2004 Discovery II (the last year they made the discovery.) The only added option is the winter package which means it has heated seats, windshield, mirrors, and side glass. It does NOT have the dual sunroofs that most of them have, which if you know anything about these vehicles, almost ALWAYS leak. (I went thru a mess trying to fix the leak on my 96) It does not have leather (so the seats are in much better shape), it does not have air suspension. The only cosmetic issue at all on the interior is the driver's side seat bolster has a few SMALL cracks which I'll try to show in a pic. We really researched and looked for a long time because these are exactly the things that we wanted. Also we wanted a 2004 in particular because that is the ONLY year discovery II that has a center locking differential. The disco I's had it but when they came out with the disco II they took it out because they added hill descent and traction control. They finally figured out that they needed the locking differential and put it back in on the 2004 model. The 2004 has all three of them! Then go figure.......they stopped making them! Once they finally got it right they quit! lol (the hill descent is unreal!) Oh, and it has ice cold A/C! If you're not sure what these things will do, they have coil springs all the way around, super beefy frame, and a very low low range. Look up videos on youtube. These things are tanks! We've only had it on very mild off roads, but we've had my 96 with 2 inch lift in more extreme woods and it does great. We bought this one to take off road but it was just too nice so we bought the 1996 and we're playing with it instead. Feel free to ask questions. Thanks for looking and good luck!
