Its a 1 owner, 67,000 original miles, Un Cut, Original paint, 110% Rust free California survivor! It has truly stood the test of time. These Fj40's are getting harder and harder to come by. And good rust free, original examples are nearly impossible! She's never seen a day of bad weather, snow or a salty road in her life! This rig has ben taken care of its whole life and it shows. Adult owned and never abused or hacked up like so many others. It has the original 6cyl with manual 4 speed transmission. ~The body is one of the nicest most rust free examples you will find anywhere! It still wears all of its original paint. It show's very well. A few minor stone chips from over the years but no dents or damage whatsoever. The rear fenders are NOT CUT. It has the dealer installed rear flares put on back in the day but the fenders lips are perfectly intact underneath. The floor boards, frame, inside and out are all 100% dry and rust free! No patching, no scaling, no bubbling, and nothing to hide. Its one of the most honest Land Cruisers you'lll find. Their only original once! ~The engine stars right up with no smoke, leaks or funny noises. It still has all of its factory California smog equipment intact. Runs like a Toyota supposed to run! The transmission shifts smooth. No grinding or popping out of gear. Clutch is good. Brakes are good. 4 brand new tires. She drives straight and true down the road and is actually very nice to drive. Unlike some that you have to wrestle with just to keep on the road. 4x4 works fine. ~The interior is very clean. Front and rear seats have been redone to exact factory look but using a softside leather material. Looks really nice! All of the glass is good. The original rubber matting was removed years ago. Just running regular floor matts. Which is good. Those original rubber matts held in moister and would cause the floors to rust. All of the glass is good. Dash and all instruments are nice. The dash pad itself has a few cracks. ~TERMS OF SALE - non refundable $1,000 deposit due 24 hours after auction ends. Car needs to be paid for in full within 3 days. I will do everything I can to make this a pleasant buying experience but PLEASE do not bid on it if you do not intend to buy it or if you do not have your finances in order. Its not cheap to sell cars on eBay and it just wastes everyone’s time. Shipping is buyers responsibility but I will be happy to assist if you like.
