You are bidding on my 1999 Monte Carlo. I am the 2nd owner. This was a very nice running and driving car until it was in a collision with a tree. The pictures show most of the damage. Most of the damage is to the right front of the car, as well as the windshield was broken when the airbags deployed. Under the hood there is more damage, the overflow for the coolant was pushed against the belts and cut through it, the sub frame is bent., the radiator support is bent, the CV boot is cut where it has rubbed against the frame. The radiator and AC components seem to be undamaged. The car will still start and move. If you have any questions or want other pictures, please let me know and I'll do my best to provide them to you. I have set the opening bid for this auction at the scrap value. If I cant get the scrap value at auction, I'll take it to the scrap yard myself. This is a CLEAR TITLE, NOT SALVAGE.. Someone with some time and a front end could put this back tougher. Prior to the accident there were three things that needed repair.... The sunroof needed a new regulator, The fuel gage was not working, and the tack had a short that if you tapped the dash it would work fine. Also within a week of the accident I had just had the intake manifold gaskets replaced on the engine.
