Buyers Inspection: Unlike most other eBay dealers, we put our cars through an exhaustive inspection. We do NOT sell salvaged or “problem” cars. EBay is our means of wholesaling cars, however, the vehicles are still held to high condition standards. However please remember these are "pre-owned" cars and they will have average wear and tear. There is no such thing as a "perfect" pre-owned car so it is impossible to speak about every minor mark and scratch. Please keep in mind this is like a true wholesale dealer auction. This is a trade-in from our BMW store that would not fit well with our retail inventory. So we are doing an auction for the public. I drove this car for 15 minutes and took as many pics as I could in order to give you an accurate description of the car. However these are pre-owned cars and normal wear and tear is to be expected. Please do not assume something to be perfect, if you have a specific question on the condition of a part/area of this vehicle please ask us. Average wear and tear can include scratches, very small dings and/or minor rock chips, ect. We do a general safety inspection on the car but there may be items that need to be repaired (as with all cars) sometime in the future. This is especially true on older cars. Sales are final and the item is sold as-is.If you are looking for a 3rd party opinion please feel free to have an independent inspector come out to look at it. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Laurel BMW of Westmont. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-25 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. Finalizing your Purchase: Buyer must contact Seller before placing a "Buy It Now" bid in order to assure the vehicle is still in stock. Winning bidder must contact us within 6 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $2500.00 Partial Payment is due within 1 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 6 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Customers will have as long as they would like to inspect the car prior to taking delivery but the customer must leave feedback before they leave the store.
