Vehicle Detail

I purchase this 1967 Truck with a LT1 1996 Corvette Engine and B & M shifter and Corvette transmission in Missouri and never finished the restoration three years ago. The engine starts right up and is mounted in a 1967 Chevy Long bed Truck, This needs a total restoration and already has frame is done nicely. Only partially restored (truck frame mainly). I have a clear title on it . The LT1 is currently mounted in the 1967 pickup with a B&M automatic shifter see pictures. Glass only good in doors. I will start Engine over phone for serious buyers only. I am not knowledgable about this engines. If you need more information I will try. Come see it if you can in Pittsburg KS. It will drive on to a trailor. There is no reserve. It will sell. I paid 2,400 for it and people have told me the the truck alone is worth that, because of work done on body. See pictures for parts You must pay through paypal and arrange the pickup. ............FOR SALE .........LOCALLY RESERVE RIGHT TO END AUCTION. correction 1996 engine See Questions......THIS IS A GREAT BUY FOR the PRICE see VEDIO http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTlPb0qSO_g hi...I would be interested as a core LT1 for my 96 Corvette, but unfortunately your too far away from me..., but just so you know, your engine is an Aluminum headed, fuel injected LT1...which was "ONLY" made and offered in the 1992-1996 Corvette's (rated at 300hp).. And the 1993-1997 Camaro/firebirds (rated at 275hp).... I just thought you might be confused about the engine since you had said the engine was a 69 model year..... The old iron-headed carbureted LT1's of the old days were a COMPLETELY different animal... What you have is MUCH more advanced technology...now not at the level of the LS series of engines that come in vettes and camaro at the present time obviously, but better than the old days engines like the first LT1's.....take care, and good luck selling her.... And to be a bit more specific (if ya wanted to know)...your engine DEFINITELY came in a Corvette (not because the injector covers say corvette on them (as many would think), as MANY guys with these LT1's in camaros and trans-ams add these corvette covers which just snap on), but the positioning of your accessories are specific to the 92-96 corvette... And the manifold design (that yours clearly has) came "only" from 1993 and up (1992's were a little bit different on top where the fuel line crosses over).... So long story short, ha ha....either a 93, 94, or a 96...
