1970 TORINO SPORTSROOF FASTBACK GT, THIS IS A N CODE TORINO GT WITH MARTI REPORT THATS INCLUDED, THE ENGINE IS A 429 COBRA JET WITH D0OE-R HEADS, 4 BARREL ROCHESTER QUADRAJET CARB WITH MATCHING INTAKE, I DID NOT CHECK TO SEE IF IT IS A 4 BOLT MAIN BLOCK BUT WILL ON MONDAY, I WILL REMOVE THE MOTOR TO CHECK, THE ENGINE HAS THE CORRECT FACTORY ALUMINUM VALVE COVERS AND THE ENGINE SPINS OVER FREELY, I DID NOT TRY TO START THE CAR, THE CAR HAS BEEN SITTING FOR AT LEAST 15 YEARS AND NEEDS A COMPLETE RESTORATION, IT HAS THE C 6 SELECT SHIFT CRUISE O MATIC AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION AND 9 INCH 3.00 REAR END, POWER FRONT DISC BRAKES, THE LARGE FRONT SWAY BAR IS ALSO INCLUDED, THE FACTORY CLOCK IS THERE, THE CENTER CONSOLE IS CRACKED AND BROKEN BUT PRESENT, BUCKET SEATS AND FLOOR SHIFT, THE A/C IS IN THE CAR BUT THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT PARTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, THE PARTS WERE UNBOLTED SO NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE PARTS THAT REMAIN AND THE EVAPORATER HOSE ENDS WERE PLUGGED UP WITH RUBBER COVERS, THE WHEELS ARE FACTORY 14 INCH STEEL SLOT STYLED WITH CENTER DOG DISH AND CHROME TRIM RINGS, THE CAR HAS POWER STEERING AND FACTORY TINTED WINDOWS, THE ORIGINAL COLOR WAS MEDIUM IVY GREEN WITH WHITE TURIN KNIT VINYL BUCKET SEATS WITH BLACK COMPONENTS, THE ORIGINAL BUMPER JACK WITH THE CORRECT PARTS IS ALSO THERE, I AM GUESSING THAT THE CAR CAME WITH THE ORIGINAL THUNDER JET 360 HP ENGINE BUT SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINE EITHER THE HEADS, INTAKE AND CARB WERE UPGRADED TO THE COBRA JET PARTS OR AN ENTIRE COBRA JET 429 ENGINE WAS INSTALLED, I AM GOING TO TAKE THE MOTOR OUT MONDAY AND CHECK FOR 4 BOLT MAIN CAPS AND GET THE NUMBERS OFF OF EVERYTHING, I WILL THEN LIST THEM OIN THE AD THE INTERIOR IS ROUGH AND WILL NEED TO BE GONE THRU, THE SEATS LOOK DECENT BUT WILL NEED TO BE RECOVERED, THE ORIGINAL COVERS WERE COLORED BLACK FROM WHAT I CAN TELL, I REMOVED THE CARPET SO I COULD GET PICTURES OF THE FLOOR BOARDS, THE CORRECT FACTORY CLOCK IS THERE , THERE IS NOT A TACH, I GUESS IT WAS EITHER A CLOCK OR TACH, WINDOWS GO UP AND DOWN, FRONT WINDSHIELD IS BROKEN AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED THE EXTERIOR OF THE CAR WILL NEED SOME WORK, THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT LOOKS GREAT WITH NO RUST THRU THAT I CAN SEE, ALL THE PANELS LOOK GOOD EVEN WHERE THE BATTERY TRAY IS, THE TRAY DOES HAVE A RUST HOLE AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED BUT POANEL UNDER IT LOOKS GREAT, FIREWALL LOOKS GREAT ALSO, THE FENDERS LOOK REALLY GOOD WITH NO OR VERY VERY LITTLE RUST THAT I CAN NOT SEE, A COUPLE SMALL DINGS IN THEM , THE HOOD IS THE GT HOOD WITH BUILT IN SCOOP, IT IS NOT THE SHAKER HOOD, IT HAS SOME RUST ALONG THE FRONT LIP INSIDE AND OUT BUT LOOKS LIKE IT IS WORKABLE, WINDSHIELD COWL AREA LOOKS GOOD, THE FLOOR BOARDS IN THE FRONT ARE RUSTED WITH HOLES AND WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED , THE BACK FLOOR BOARDS LOOK ALRIGHT WITH SURFACE RUST, THE DOOR POST HING AREA HAVE SOME RUST AND WILL NEED REPAIR AND THE REAR DOOR POST STRIKER PANELS ALOS NEED REPAIR.
