Vehicle Detail
Vehicle Description This 1994 Del Sol is in excellent shape. This is probably one of the most unique 2 seated vehicles ever to drive the American road; sure there are tons of others, but Honda had a winner in this car. The roof is removable and stores in the trunk, and the rear window rolls down. Roll down the other windows and you have a great sporty ride without the noise, buffeting and rotting associated with a convertible. PLUS – you get the dependability of a Honda, and the super gas mileage of a V-tech Civic. I have a clean and clear title to sell my car. The Civic on the title saves you on the purchase of car insurance. I held it as a collector status car and paid just $100.00 per year (collector since they stoped making them) This car was recently totally taken apart and painted at a professional body shop “Corvette Red”. The paint job was done with care by professionals and is excellent. This is a recent new paint job, so the paint product is modern and high quality! Therefore, very durable and stays bright red instead of oxidizing like old red produces. I will begin with the positive… this car runs like you would expect a Honda to run; very strong V-tech engine with after-market air cleaner & exhaust, tight suspension, SI model, four disk brakes, air is cold, and with very sporty drive. Mechanically, everything is very sound – clutch, transmission, tires, suspension, brakes are all in top form. The SI model is the one to buy as they ride smoother. Car has new CD player. This car runs and sounds! Great Now for the not so positive: the biggest item is four very small pits in windshield. There is one the size of a dime and the others are the size of BBs. No cracks currently are spreading. The second thing is the passenger side needs a seat cover. This is minor cosmetic stuff a seat cover will cover it. – a small hole in drives seat where the wallette sets on a guy. All easily covered by seat covers. Other than that, this car is really nice. It has a great new Kenwood CD Stereo. This car runs down the highway very quickly and handles beautifully. Super fun! Del Sols are sought after cars, I owned six in my life this is the nicest one in every way. I have set the reserve low enough ($ 4,000) so that someone who will really enjoy this car can win it. I am happy to answer any questions about this car that you may have, so please ask them before you bid. I am an honest E-bayer, and expect the same of you. I have had nothing but good experiences buying and selling, and I would like to keep it that way. Please read my feedback. I have sold a few high-dollar items, bought a few high-dollar items, and have always been as truthful as possible so that there are no surprises. Please do not waste either of our time by bidding if you do not intend to buy. Also, if you have very low feedback or no feedback, please email me prior to bidding. Good luck, and feel free to contact me – I will answer as quickly as possible. rpfeiffer@cmhccc.org On Sep-26-12 at 15:39:56 PDT, seller added the following information: Vehicle Description This 1994 Del Sol is in excellent shape.
