superblazer Store Up for sale I have my 1972 BMW 2002 sedan. This car is 95% rock stock. 92,800 verifiable miles. It is in excellent mechanical condition. It was recently gone through and I had the front calipers replaced and new brake lines on all four corners. The fuel pump was replaced and it was tuned up at 82.249 miles. The date on that service was 1995, so you can see that it has been stored for 17 years. I believe that I am the third owner of this roundie. I have oil change notations dating to 1986 showing 87,405 miles at that time. Everything works on this car. The car itself runs strong and true. It starts easily and the engine has no vibrations. It pulls strong and corners well. The factory sunroof opens and closes and seals perfectly. The car has an older repaint. I would guess about 25 years old. There are a few minor flecks of dust in the paint, but I chose not to try to wheel them out. There are no rust issues on the car. There were two small (2") rust cracks on the rear rockers when I purchased it and I had new sheet metal welded in and those areas repainted. The original manual is with the car. I had planned on keeping this car, but I presently have an 88 325 Cabriolet that I am working on and it seems the roundie isn't getting it's due. I would really like to see it go to someone who will actually drive it and preserve it for what it's worth. I am located in basically the center of the country.
