1973 Chevrolet Monte Carlo BIG BLOCK 454. 454 LS4, Auto, AC, Cruise, AM/FM, Tilt wheel, tinted glass. 95,000 miles, runs and drives like new. AC blows cold, cruise and radio do not work. Repainted original blue color using correct lacquer paint some years ago. Stored winters. True, documented One Owner car, delivered February 24th, 1973 from Morton Motor Company, a Chevrolet dealer in Farmington, Maine. The original invoice comes with the car showing the purchase price of $5,281.52. The original Retail Buyer's Order also comes with the car showing all the ordered options and the order date of December 4th, 1972. The car resided in Rangeley, Maine its entire life. Maine registrations for most years from 1973 through 2007 available. The Monte Carlo was stored since 2007. Mechanically the car is sound. The front end is tight, engine starts and runs perfectly and the transmission shifts are smooth but firm. The rear brakes and tires are fully serviceable. The front brakes and tires are new. The cosmetic condition of the car is very nice. The paint is flawless other than 3 very small "door ding" chips. (only 1 is obvious as shown). The blue interior is all original and super clean. The stainless trim is in good original shape but shows some very minor signs of age as do the bumpers. The underside is clean with very light surface rust typical of a 40 year old car that had been in dry storage during the winter. There is 1 dime sized hole in the floor on each side under the front seat. After a thorough inspection, I have described the car as completely and honestly as possible and I hope it finds a good home deserving of it's heritage and longevity.
