Vehicle Detail

Engine# AC15E-1005684 Frame# AC15-1005690 Soory actually 1997/ Ignore the salvage title remark it is not salvage , Ebay does not allow you to list it as it is / Bill of sale only , for collectors . Brand new never run. I took this out of the crate myself (around 1999) and it has been on display in my collection and the museum ever since. 1997 Honda Dream 50 (AC15) + The bike for sale is a Dream 50 , It was built as a limited addition Domestic Japanese model. Very few were made and only a handful imported to the USA. I'm not sure of the year, but I think its a 1997 Model. I originally bought this in 1999 , The dream 50 has basiaclly three versions, First it was built as the 1961 CR 110 Road Racer. It was a dominate force in racing and very rare . Then in 1997 Honda decided to make a very limited reproduction, The Dream 50 AC15 , which came with all normal road gear, Turn signals and all, for Japan only , Then later in 2004 they offered a race replica , which was available at most Local Honda dealers. The model I'm selling is much rarer than the 2004 model and also street ready. if you wish to ride one ? The Bikes is very light, and comes with a High RPM, dual over haed cam, motor. In stock trim it runs around 10,000 RPM and with a race kit, up to near 15,000 RPM. In its originaL form, back in 1961 ,it was an unheard of mechanical marvel , and its 1997 reproduction , is still, a wonder of engineering and technoligy. Mr Honda , was a man who never thought ,good, was good enough. Thanks Mr. Honda ! The fellow who imported this Bike was in Southern California , I think he brought in 10 of them. I bought three . Two new in the crate and one used , I sold the other two early on, as I only wanted the one for my collection. I have the original battery and mirrors , tool kit and all the manuals ( Japanese of course). Also the race version RPM limiter . It was hard to find at the time , so I bought one to have it , but have never installed it, as I have never run this bike. The bike is like new not a mark any where , with everything you see in the photos . Including a race stand for the rear axle , as shown in the museum photos. I'm changing many of the museum displays and bringing in new machines, for next season. So this rare machine and a few others will be for sale on ebay, over the next few weeks. Good luck bidding , you get what you see, nothing to hide , no disapointments . The bike is located in Oscoda Mi 48750. Shipping is at the buyers expense , SOLD WITH A BILL OF SALE ONLY! No TITLE! If you hit buy it now , please pay imeditely via pay pal . Other wise pay pal deposit and balance via wire , cash or Pay -Pal. Its a Gem and like most rare Honda models , should do nothing but climb in value. Good luck bidding and if you have any quesrtions or further info just let me know. I'm sure some of you know more about this bike, than me and I will be glad to pass it on. Very low reserve, so bid , some ones going to buy this one. Good luck.
