Up for auction at low reserve is a 2008 Mercedes Benz badged High Top Sprinter Van. Titled as a Dodge. This is a 12 passenger Van that has been used in the limousine business and is in very good condition. We are the second owner. It has been used for nights out and airport service. The van has About 82,000 miles on it as it is still in service and it will go another 500K miles, Sprinters are built by Mercedes Benz and the new ones in 2012 with less interior features go for 45K. We are selling this 2008 in very good condition and very well maintained for well less than half that amount. We are selling because we have new bigger 27 passenger mini buses coming in for hotel and some smaller vans have to go. The Sprinter High Top Van has six foot head room. sliding side door and very comfortable seating. The European body styling and German engineering makes this a stellar performer. It has a diesel V-6 Turbo engine, 144 inch wheel base and seats a total of 12 passengers. The engine and transmission and air conditioning - front and rear function perfectly as do all mechanical features of the vehicle. The V-6 Turbo Charged Diesel Engine gets excellent mileage and is reliable in to the 500,000 mile range with routine maintenance. This vehicle has new tires and upgraded rims. The exterior came from the factory in white and the coachbuilder chnaged it to black and it was just touched up and has no noticable dents. The black paint is very good but not as good as factory. The vehicle has custom made running boards that add safety and ease of entry and exit for passengers. The interior is carpeted and walls have medium gray vinyl and headliner is factory and in great condition. Seating is factory bench and in great condition. There is a wall to separate passengers from luggage and it is finished with gray vinyl on one side and carpet on the other. This van has never been in an accident and overall in very good condition for a vehicle with 89K miles. The reserve is lower than you will find for most 2008 Sprinters.
