1967 VW 7-Passenger Deluxe Bus in two-tone Kelly Green & Black with tinted windows, a tan interior, safari wood roof rack, and 15" mag wheels. MINT condition, frame-off restoration with only 61,366 actual miles, from California, and winner of 1st place in Oakland. The 1500cc engine has been professionally rebuilt and runs perfectly; no smoke, no leaks, no noises, and settles into a smooth quiet idle. The 4-speed manual transmission shifts perfectly and a new clutch assembly has been installed. Runs on regular gas and easily cruises at 55-60 mph. Professionally restored interior to correct specs using all VW correct vintage materials. Tan w/Ivory piping three row seating with seat belts for seven passengers. All new black rubber floor mats. New headliner and interior mood lights. Excellent original steering wheel and speedometer.Premium stereo w/CD player; sounds great. Tinted glass with sliding front windows. Correctly painted dash and driver area ceiling. Perfect interior. Exceptional California body with no dents, no dings, no waves, and I cannot find any rust or any body filler. All original body panels and the underside is beautifully done in black. Lovely paint in two-tone Jade Green and Ebony Black. The photos appear blue but my Sony camera imparts a bluish tint to green (??). Excellent paint done in modern base/clear acrylic urethane and then block sanded & buffed to a smooth glossy finish. Dual side mirrors. Tinted windows and the two front windows slide open and the two rear side windows hinge open. Pop-open split windshield; provides excellent ventilation. Factory wood safari rack on the roof with the factory ladder which mounts in the rain gutter & in the rear wheel well. Polished mag wheels with new P195-55-15 Eagle GT radials. Just professionally detailed, polished, hand waxed, and turnkey ready for cruises and shows. Recently drew bigger crowds than the hemi Superbird parked next to us. Documentation includes the original owner's manuals and a folder full of receipts through the years. Truly spectacular condition.
