I am selling this 2000 GMC 1500 4x4 for my Dad. This truck is a great truck and has been well maintained. It has over 225,000 miles on it and has been serviced with oil changes every 3000 miles and transmission serviced every 50,000 miles. This truck drives very well and is in great condition. The reason he is selling is that he has bought him a new 3500 diesel and no longer needs the truck. The over all paint is in great condition with a few light scratches. One of the rear muffler extensions has been bent due to him backing into something but it does not affect the exhaust system at all. The last transmission service performed on this vehicle we changed the valve body plate and a couple of shift sensors. When the transmission is serviced again it will need a couple of sensors replaced and he is willing to have these replaced if the truck is sold for 4600 or more. Currently the tires are fairly decent and have about another 20,000 miles left on them. As you can see from the photos the interior is in outstanding condition with no tears in the seat or carpet. Currently there is no check engine light on. The only bad that that is known is the fuel gauge works off and on. He usually has guage his fuel needs by the trip mileage. It needs the sensor in the gas tank replaced to work correctly and again he is willing to replace if the winning bid exceeds 4600. There is a reserve set on this truck.
