2001 Subaru Legacy Outback It only has 107k Miles Runs and Drives great We are offering this vehicle to the public to get rid of some older inventory, it needs to be cleaned but still looks good. It has a clean title This is a GAS SAVER 4 Cylinder vehicle ALL WHEEL DRIVE and ready to get through the snow in new england. All wheel drive can also be disabled on these vehicle (although I wouldn't bother) If we cannot get the reserve price we are looking for, we will take it into garage and do the body work, in which case we will charge more. All interior lights work as they should Instrument cliuster works Tan cloth interior will clean up good, just havnt had anytime to do it. Wood grain and brushed alluminum accents EXTERIOR: The exterior also is not that bad. Has a grab bar that was put on the back of the wagon door, very strudy All lights work as they should Has rust and a little rot (noth hole yet) above the rear wheel wells, which is very common. Paint chipping on rear bumper Check pictures and videos Also has a dent on the rear drivers side, please see pictures and videos But this vehicle runs and drives good, ENGINE, DRIVETRAIN, TRANSMISSION, FRAME, OTHER: The engine starts and runs perfect Drivetrain works with no issues. Tires are pratically new with a ton of life left Transmission shifts perfect. Shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. We will help coordinate a shipping time and provide any help we can to get it shipped, but shipping is the sold responsibility of the buyer. We do NOT provide delivery.

We do have a towing company who will deliver within 100 miles of zip 01949. He charges a low rate and if you need quotes we can obtain them for you, just let us know.

If you are having this vehicle shipped, the vehicle needs to not only be paid for, but ALL paperwork needs to be properly filled out and returned to us before we can release the vehicle.
We will NOT release a title of the vehicle until it is picked up either by person of tow truck.**
Once a vehicle is release to the towing company all liability is transferred to the towing company.

Vehicle needs to be picked up from our location within 10 business days* after the auction ends. Everyday a car is not picked up a storage fee of 30 dollars a day will be assessed or a fee of 135 dollars per week will be assessed, whichever is less. * WE CONSIDER SATURDAYS A BUSINESS DAY AS WE ARE OPEN
When a car is charged for storage you are charged daily, meaning once the day begins you are charged for that day, whether you pick it up early in the day or late in the day, we do not prorate. We also consider every day of the week a chargeable day, which means all 7 days of the week are counted, not just business days.
*We do not release the title to a vehicle until picked up because if the car is at our facility for an amount of time where storage fees are due, they will need to be collected before release of title. If the vehicle is left at our facility for more then 30 calendar days, on the 31st the balance of the storage will be immediately due, if it is not paid for on the 31st day, car is relisted, you have forfeited vehicle and you will NOT receive a refund of any kind, on the deposit, nor the purchase price.
