I have got to thin my collection of old cars. I just passed my 74th Birthday and am realizing I am never going to get everything done. I am selling this 1968 Ford Fairlane Convertible. Its not a show car but is a really fun driver. It looks great and drives well. And gets really great Gas mileage. The dash has been replaced and looks great, It has new power steering hoses and lines. All the convertible top hoses have been replaced. The carb rebuilt, New top weatherstrip, new trunk and window weatherstrips, new radiator and heater hoses, Radiator was cleaned. New belts and a new heater core. wiper blades and other small Items have been replaced also. Original Radio works well as does the original clock. The engine runs out well and the transmission shifts nicely. everything works as it should and the little car drives very good and the top works fine. The hood hinges were replaced as the right one was stiff and caused some slight damage to hood, it was repaired but could use painted to look perfect. I really can't think of anything it needs to be a nice little driver. I am starting the bid at $4500 as I can't take less than that for it. Where are you going to buy a car for less you can use as a daily driver, Have a lot of fun with and when you sell it you will probably make money ? I have a lot more cars I will be listing.
