Offered for your consideration is a 1981 Toyota Starlet in light metallic blue. The car has not been restored, but was re-sprayed at some point in its life before I bought it. This Starlet is a solid driver, but is hardly a show car. It has a nice patina and is in good driving condition. I bought this car in 2007 from a Japanese businessman living in the US, it was being used as his daily driver at the time and has been daily driven by myself since purchased. In my tenure of ownership the car has been well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed. It has proven to be a reliable runner that’s great on gas and gets plenty of attention from fellow Japanese car enthusiasts. I’m selling it to bring another automotive project to completion. A stock engined Starlet is no rocket ship but is capable of keeping up with freeway speeds. Car benefits from a recent oil change, fresh Interstate battery, and new exhaust from the cat back. Handling and braking are great. Car recently passed smog and is ready for title transfer. The car is located in Long Beach, CA. In person inspections can be arranged and they are encouraged.
