1952 Willys Aero Lark, 2 door. This is a recent "barn find", stored since 1969. It is a very solid car with very little rust, the pictures show all the rust spots which are the front of the hood, the drivers rocker, and a little on the drivers rear quarter. The floors are extremely clean, the pictures show shiny blue paint on the underside of floors under the undercoating. This is a unibody car. It appears to have a factory overdrive unit on the tailshaft of the transmission. All the glass is good except the passenger front window which is cracked. The windows and doors operate great. The engine is an overhead valve 6, I have not tried to crank it over, but did pour some oil into spark plug holes to prepare to turn it over. The car is very complete and original, the transmission seems to shift normally, the clutch also feels normal. The chrome is all there but will need re-chromed as it is pitted. This is a very rare, very solid car ready for restoration, I believe only around 1700 made. I have a low reserve on the car for its real value.
