I have owned several MG's in the past and this one is the best of the all!! It has been well cared for and pampered all its life. An original Roanoke Virginia area car until 2003 and has only been out in fair weather since in my area. Always garaged. This MG looks, handles and performs outstandingly for its age!! A blast to drive as well as being very reliable. It has had many upgrades and updates to it. Comes with a smooth shifting 4 speed coupled to a very strong engine with excellent oil pressure. Has AM-FM-8 Track and all the gauges work - even the clock and interior map light. The dash top is solid with no cracks or splits as seen on most MG's. This MGB has had the dual carb upgrade, replacing the single unit, just like the older one's had. A definite performance improvement! They are set perfect! This car always starts up with the choke pulled out and settles right down after a slight warm up. What I see this car needs if I kept it - I would replace the seat covers and maybe carpet - ones in it are original and while not really that bad could use upgrading. There are a couple of very small dings and a slight crease on the lower drivers side you can see in the pics. These can easily and affordable be taken care of by one of those dent popping technicians. Or just leave them as they are since they are hard to see unless you point them out! The rear deck (trunk) lid has a slight rise to the drivers side due to someone in the past trying to shut it without pushing the release in. A common problem on many MG's. Trunk seals up tight though. I am only pointing this out to be completely fair in my description. In reality, although not a concourse show car, I have not seen very many MGB's look this nice. This is one to take out, drive and enjoy!! Fall is near and there is nothing better than a British convertible to enjoy it in!! My intention is to sell this car on Ebay but do have it listed locally and reserve the right to close the auction if sold prior to its close. I am selling this MG MGB as is as described to the best of my ability. It comes with No Warranty or Guarantee. I have an extensive description and as many pics as I can up load to the site.
