Up for auction is a 1980 Ford Pinto PROJECT car. It has a 302 V8 and trans from a mid 80s Mustang. The engine ran before it was pulled but has not been started since. It is fairly stock but dose have a minor bore, an Edelbrock intake manifold, Holly carb, and brand new MSD distributor, wires, MSD Blaster and spark plugs. Also has a nice Stant radiator with 2 fans. Battery wires have been ran to a battery relocation box in the trunk. The engine has not been properly mounted, it is bolted down but no engine mounts have been installed to fit the new engine. The drive-shaft has been shorten but is not installed and will need adapters. The ignition needs hooked up as well as most of the wiring. This is a project and it shows, it is more finished then not but its still going to need a lot of work to make it a nice street car. The body is not bad, there are two repairs on the rear fenders but overall very solid. The interior is OK but is very dirty from sitting in a garage for the past three years. Car was previous owned by a proud senior so I don't think the body has seen much abuse. The 125k miles are estimated, I will have to update the actual miles. Located in Dover PA.
