Thank you for looking at our 1978 Spider. It runs good. Recently I replaced the head, timing belt, tensioner, brake lines and battery. The car has been upgraded from points to electronic ignition. The carb was gone thru. It recently had a complete service including valve adjustment, oil change, diff change, coolant change and tune-up. The top was replaced about 2 years ago and I have the receipt. I have the service records from the fiat dealer in the 80's. Not all of them but the dealer stamps in the book. The car is pretty much turn key. I have been commuting about 70 miles a day in it recently and it has been running flawlessly. To make it perfect it could use seat covers. The dash is in good shape, all the gauges work. The radio is a cassette player from the 80's and could use an upgrade. Any rust in the car has been addressed in the past. The only reason we are getting rid of all our toys is that we are moving across country in the next few months. Ok to the business stuff. I need a $500 deposit within 24hours after the auction closes. Anyone with a rating of 10 or lower please email me before bidding or I will cancel your bid. I reserve the right to close the auction early because I will list the car locally for sale. Cost of shipping the car is the resposibility of the buyer.
