We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Pennsylvania. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking. 12 Vehicle dealership bidder policy We do not sell to other automobile dealers through our internet auctions. Auto dealers may purchase this vehicle only at the buy it now price if it is offered, and will purchase this vehicle as-is with no warranty. The unconditional guarantee insurance is not offered to auto dealers. We will not assign a title to an automobile dealership, unless pre-approved before the sale. Auto dealerships will also pay an additional $239 doc fee. There are no exceptions to this policy. Registration, title and fees: All taxes and tag fees payable by the buyer.
