Thank you for looking at our 1963 Mercury Comet. It was totally restored about 10 years ago and recently had all the front end rebuilt, new bearings in rear and rear wheel bearings along with a new master cylinder and new brake lines. All the glass is in great shape and most of the chrome still looks great. Rear bumper has a little pitting. The 6cyl starts right up and purrs like a new car. I would not hesitate driving this car anywhere. We usually drive it on Saturday nights to our local cruise-in. The car is mostly original except the wheels. the stock radio still works but it has a modern sound system in the glove box and a power antenna. The car was recently used in a movie that is to be released sometime in 2013-14. It was used in alot of shots while filming and will be in the movie promotions from what I was told. You will not be dissapointed. There is no rust on the bottom side of the car. The tires are 1 year old and have maybe 500 miles. Brakes are like new. The car steers and drives straight. The color is called platinum and looks like a pale green to me. The roof is a white color and shines nicely. This car will make someone very happy and I am selling with no reserve, so the last bid wins.
