This auction is for a 1999 Honda Accord LX 4 door sedan with an automatic transmission and 147,150 miles on it. This is a nice little car that I have driven mostly back and forth to work for the past 3 years. It has new front brake rotors and rear drums and pads. New all season tires were put on it less than 2 years ago and have about 80% tread left on them. The A/C runs cold. This car also has some mechanical issues. It needs a new exhaust and it shows a code of P1259 which has to deal with the V-tec system and needs an adjustment for an irregular idle. The car has started to jump when coming to a stop especially in stop and go traffic. The paint is starting to peel slightly as shown in pictures on the exterior. I am a non-smoker and the interior is in decent condition given the age of the car. This car still runs and drives. With the right mechanical work it would be a wonderful car for many more miles. I simply don't want to go to the trouble of finding someone reputable to do the work. I welcome any questions and will do my best to answer them.
