1968 Plymouth Valiant Signet This is a really clean car. It started life as a slant 6 auto on the column manual everything else. Now 318/904 combo. The engine has unknown miles on it but runs good, no smoke. The tranny has about 200 miles on it. I used to bracket race this car for 2 years. Now its a daily driver. It is a super fun street car, breaks the tires loose in all 3 gears. Below is a list of goods and bads with this car.-Early 70s 318, performer intake with late 80s heads Erson cam, dont remeber exact specs but its aroud .440-.450 lift mild street cam headers with dual 2 1/2 flowmaster exhaust and 340 Dart tips MSD ignition with Mopar electronic distributor Holley 600 double pump, mech secondaries Moroso solid mounts -904 trans Cheetah reverse pattern valve body with Hurst quarter stick shifter Alto red clutches and bands Kolene steels steel planetaries Low first gear set Integrity pan with cooler stock converter -Suspention and rear end stock front end with drum brakes drum brakes all around work fine 8 3/4 rear with 3.91 sure grip 340 leaf springs drag shocks on all 4 corners small bolt 15 inch Centerlines, 3 1/2 fronts and 8 inch rear good tires, rears are 245/60/15 -Interior Stock dash and factory radio No carpet door panels are nice A-100 bucket seats with aluminum 68 Hemi super stock brackets stock rear seat -Body Very solid! One minor rust spot starting on the right rear quarter behind the tire and two pen sized holes on dutchman panel. Minor dings and scrapes on the body but everything from the doors back is original paint, nothing hidden! The front bumper is AAR Fiberglass with custom made light weight brackets. All the glass, trim and lights are good. The tach, dash mat and Plymouth license plate dont go with the car The car is at my house in Phoenix AZ. Clean AZ title in my name.
