Transmission is automatic. Also the story on the engine. it did not have to be replaced because the car was run real hard. I just wanted to clarify because many people have called about what happened with the engine. This car was NOT run hard. I took it in for regular maintenance and they heard it knocking. It was the third cylinder knocking so I had the engine replaced. The engine was 3 yr 100,000 warrantied engine same engine that the vehicle had before, but it was remanufacatured. gm goodrich. the engine was put in by the largest buick gmc dealer in st louis. so not just anybody put it in. It runs great. Car is very clean. But there are some minor imperfections. some wear on drivers seat just on the side of the seat. couple of very minor hardly noticeable imperfection on the body. like a small rock chip in the bumper and such. Everything works on this vehicle even the lighter. There is a lid to the ash tray that is a little loose I noticed. Not really something I ever worried too much about. There was a new engine put in a year ago and there have been roughly 10,000 miles put on the vehicle since then. The engine had a three year 100,000 mile warranty on it that is still in effect. I have had the car a few years and I am the third owner. the car will need to be picked up from Saint Louis Missouri. I DO still owe a little money on this car so to ensure you are getting a title with a valid bank lien release, I would prefer to close on this car at my bank here in Saint Louis.
